It was a busy weekend for Fax Nation, so we're here to roundup all the highlights for you. Whether you were catching a North Japan Samurai game in Tokyo or getting your fax machine repaired, here are the 3 biggest stories from this weekend to catch you up.

  1. Orioles Fire Manager Brandon Hyde, Fax Sports Beats the Mainstream Media

In what has become an increasingly common occurrence, Fax Sports beat the mainstream media yet again after posting Brandon Hyde getting fired on Friday night, 15 hours before the mainstream media reported it Saturday morning. Accounts everywhere posted the news well after Fax beat them to it, including Fax's own dad, Jeff Passan:

  1. Pittsburgh Pirates Reporter Hannah Mears Gets Faxed by Paul Skenes Trade Request

Pittsburgh Pirates sideline reporter Hannah Mears learned about Fax Sports the hard way on Sunday, when she attempted to refute a Fax Sports tweet citing her as a source in Paul Skenes' latest trade request. She has since deleted her reply, but we have the receipts:

After getting faxed, Hannah Mears blocked Fax Sports in 3.7 seconds, which is an MLB and Twitter record, per Statfax. Here's to you, Hannah.

  1. Atlanta Sports Radio Station 92.9 The Game Gets Faxed by Acuna Suspension Tweet

Unless you live in a rock under a cave or are simply a Mest fan, you've heard by now about the Ronald Acuna Jr. suspension fax posted nearly a month ago:

92.9 The Game, a local Atlanta radio sports talk station, definitely heard about it, because John Fricke mentioned it on his show yesterday:

We agree with Fricke. Call Acuna up now so he can start serving that suspension, Braves. We hope you enjoyed these highlights from this past weekend, Fax Nation. As always, you play a crucial part.
